About the event
We all worry and feel anxious from time to time; however, some childrens worries and anxious thoughts can have an unhelpful impact on their day-to-day lives and this can cause a lot of stress for them and you their parents and caregivers who want to help them feel better.
Why do we Worry? workshop is designed to introduce and empower your child in a creative and fun way
- to understand why they worry,
- to recognise how their worries feel in their body; and
- to equip them with practical tools and techniques that they can use when they feel worried or anxious.
Information will also be provided to you, so you can continue helping your child at home.
WHEN: February Mid-term Break - Friday 16th February
10 to 12 year olds - 1.30pm to 4.30pm
INVESTMENT: €40 which includes all material & booking fee
