Reviews of workshops from parents:
"This course is a must for all kids. It is gentle and thought provoking and positive and the information is all evidence based. And most importantly, it is fun! Sharon is wonderful at engaging with the kids and allowing them have space to talk and feel their feelings. There are weekly updates by email on the topics to be covered in the sessions and more information after each session on how parents/caregivers can reinforce the ideas talked about. This kind of teaching should be on every school syllabus! I would have no hesitation in recommending Sharon’s Life Skills for Kids course."
"Both my children have attended Growth Mindset workshops and I see concrete examples of the impact on them by changes in their self-talk, ability to handle disappointment and challenge and even in the way they see parental feedback. I would totally recommend Sharon's workshops and not just for children but also teens and young adults, where opinions and behaviours are still being formed."
"My daughter attended the life skills workshop with Sharon. Before going to the workshop my daughter was hesitant at trying new things and suffered a lot with anxiety. Sharon taught her so much about herself and her mindset and she is a lot happier now, more relaxed and willing to try new things. Thank you Sharon."
"Very beneficial in helping to change his fixed and often negative mindset into a positive, growth mindset. We have seen a big change in such a short time."
"Not only has my child gained strategies to help him, I have begun to use some of the techniques in my own life!"
